I was on an F1 visa for a part of the last year and on my OPT for the remaining part of the last year...My H1 visa is going to begin from June of this year. I am confused about the form I should be filling out for filing my tax returns. Any help will be much appreciated.

Thanks,
Vikas

If your visa status was F-1 on 31 Dec 2005, then file as a non-resident alien (Form 1040NR or 1040NR-EZ).
