Contact the court clerk in that county. If you just call the courthouse, they should be able to tell you the process... there will be a fee.

It depends on just how many pages of this transcript you wish to obtain. You will need to contact the court reporter for that particular judge (the clerk's office or the judge's judicial assistant will give you the name of the reporter assigned to that particular judge). Contact the court reporter's office and tell them that you need a transcript from Judge so and so's court on the whatever day regarding the whatever case. I think you probably want the sentencing transcript (just a guess). The court reporter's office will ask you what portion of the hearing you are interested in. Tell them what specific part and they will call you back with a price and just how many pages are involved. Last time I had to order a transcript of a case the fee was in the $2-$3 a page range so don't be surprised at the cost. If you want the transcript on a rush basis be ready to pay a hefty fee versus wait until they do it. It will depend on the actual court reporter's schedule just how long it will take. Usually it will take about one to two weeks on average.
