I just received a letter from the IRS. And they are saying that I owe $439.00. It is on an account that I had payed all a few years again with providian. Now the one filling the claim is Cach LLC. from Denver Co. I am not sure what is going on here. Any idea on what I should be doing hear? Should I just roll over and pay it? I am not wanting to take on the IRS.. Thanks Dar

Can you find your proof that you paid it?
