Ok... Last year 2007 I didnt work just stayed home with my daughter(2yrs old), I lived with her and her father...he does his taxes every few months and doesnt claim her. I was obviously set on not doing my taxes since i dont have anthing to file for since I have no earned income, But a couple of people told me that I could still claim my daughter and get the dependent refund and the bonus that their giving out this year. Is this true?? I get yes and no's... some extra money would always be great but I dont want to get myself in trouble for any kind of fraud (would that be considered fraud?) Some helpful and accurate advice would be geatly appreciated...Thank you

No, you will not get anything if you file the return.
