I have already filed Form 8233, do I need to file 8843 in addition?
so, it is sure that i have to file as a nonresident or 1040NR-EZ. Is there any way , I can qualify for the 'economic stimulus plan' by the IRS ?

A nonresident must file Form 8843. Why have you filed Form 8233?
