College student served with a summons. Charges, Assault in the 4th Degree and Terrorist Threatening 3rd Degree. In court the case was dismissed, as both parties were satisfied with the agreement, restitution was met by the college student served with the summons.
How do I go about having this expunged from the record in the state of Kentucky?

What's to expunge? You were not convicted of anything were you? Then what's to expunge?

To annswer you question about charges been expunged after being dismissed ky law does allow expungement of dismissed go to Kentucky: Court of Justice - Overview (http://courts.ky.gov/aoc/) and click on legal forms at the top of the page select catargory then scroll down to expungement you will see form 497.1 open it up and fill it out you may need to order your courtnet criminial history reports to get your docket numbers fill it out and file it in the court where the charges where dismissed hope this is helpful; moreover, just cause the charges where dismissed the disposition still appears on your courtnet so employers can still what you where arressted for until the are expunged ky should automatically do it once they are expunged but we are talking about a population that is 42 second in every way hope this helps
