I'm four days late and I'm on the day every month, never late. I've taking three urine test two using first morning urine. All Negative. My chest and nipples are very sore plus today I spotted the first time in my life. Just a little smear when I wiped after the bathroom. What's going on? Could I be pregnant and my hcg hormone just be too low for home preg test?

The spotting is probably your period coming on. I would wait a few more days and see if your period doesn't come. If it doesn't, try to test again, and if it is still negative then, make a doctor's appointment to figure out what's going on.

Remember, there is always a first time for everything. Just because you have never been late with your period before does not mean that you can never or will never be late. It happens to all of us. The fact that you are stressing over it may be a factor. Stress does so many things to our bodies, such as delaying periods.

Those OTC tests are pretty accurate. I also agree that the spotting is probably the start of your period. The only real way to know for sure, though, is to make an appointment with a doctor.
