I had one ovary removed 5 fives ago and never went through any menapause to this date.Just recently I have placed a liner in my underwear and notice that is becomes brown. this must be a discharge that I do not know why I would have if my one ovary is removed. I am worried that the one left may have a problem and must be removed. It is normal to have this discharge? It is not waterly at all, just stains material if I do not wear a liner. Appreciate your reply. I am thinking of asking my doctor for a ultrasound to give me peace of mind.

I would ask your doctor to do an ultrasound. The brown stain could be anything, depending on just whereabout it appears on the panty liner. They move around a lot while you are wearing them. It could be from your anus.
