first,,,,,,with tstat set to where it should be working ,carefilly you take the wireing cover off the compressor ,and carefully you take a tester and see if there is power going into the compressor,you may want to kill the main power and unplug the power from the contactor going to the condenser fan so you can hear if the compressor is clicking or making any kind of noise to make you think the compressor is trying to start up. if nothing and no power at compressor with power turned back on, you may want to do this first check to see if contantor is clicked in ,should be 220 volts going in and same coming out,do this and get back to us,,there are several other things you can do,,,,,lots of typing for and old 2 finger typer

you didn`t say is nothing working or just the compressor not working ?
