Alright.. So I was suppose to get my period about ten days ago and I am pretty regular. For about two weeks now I have been feeling pretty nauseated but not vomiting, I have had breast tenderness and headaches more then usual. But last night I started getting cramps so I thought maybe my period was coming, but this morning there was no blood just a light faint brownish discharge and I still feel quite nauseated and the cramping has stopped. Does anyone have any advice?

If you're sexually active at all, there's a chance you are pregnant. I would suggest taking a HPT at 10 days late, if it's negative or positive, either way, still make a doctor's appointment to figure out what's up.
