I paid for my 2007 Spring 's tuition and fees in December, 2006, and got a 2006 1098-T, can I deduct it from my 2007 tax file ? If no, what should I do to claim this deduction?

No, you can claim it on your 2006 tax return.

Thanks for your reply, so I have to submit 1040x to amend my 2006 tax file to get the deduction,right?
