I am a HiB visa holder and received w-2 and 1099 misc. i fill as non-resident alien.

I filled the 1040nr and the schedule C, but i am confuse where i put the schedule SE?.

the schedule SE have self-employment tax and deduction for one-half of SE tax for 1040 but not for 1040nr.

I only attach this form or I have to put some value into the 1040nr?

If you have an H1B it is highly unlikely you should be filing non-resident. How long have you been in the US?

You can file dual status after you meet SPT. Use Form 1040 and write dual status on top. You will only get exemption of $3,400 and itemized deduction.
