Hi,

I'm on a F1 visa with no SSN, with my wife on F2 visa and with no SSN either. We're both from Colombia and I know I can't claim her as dependent.

How should I fill taxes? Should I fill as married or as single?

Thanks,

Wait a minute! HOW did you get a F-1 visa without a SSN? That is not supposed to be possible.

If I am wrong, then you BOTH need to submit for an ITIN using Form W-7 in order to file a tax return.

This assumes that you CAN claim her as a dependent, which is probably NOT the case.
