Is it alright to start Birth Control Pills before I have my monthly cycle??

It couldn't hurt you but the doctors would rather you wait till you start your period just to be extra sure you are not pregnant. So you should you wait if there is even the least of possibilities of pregnancy. Just be safe till you can begin using your birth controll. Good luck and be safe.
