Okay, I know that you have the big post on pregnancy but I have a more specific question. I'm 18 and a few months ago I had my period that lasted 2 weeks. That was in december. I haven't had it since except for some spotting one day. I have not had sex inbetween there, but I did before the one that lasted 2 weeks. After that long period I was sick for close a month. Now I wonder if that was morning sickness? But I was vomiting almost daily no matter what I ate. And now my nipples are really sore randomly and I've been gaining weight. I was just wondering if it was possible to be pregnant even after such a long period. I know that I should probably see a doctor and plan to soon, but I know that they will ask me if its possible that I'm pregnant and would like to know how to respond. It just makes me wonder if its all in my head. Thank you

I'd say, no you are not. Your nipples are hard more than likely because you're about to start your period. When you consult with your doctor, tell him exactly what you wrote on this post. In a very rare case you might be, however, periods are usually light when you are pregnant. Let us know the results.
