On A 5 Year Sentence When Should You File For Modification,he's Been There About 10 Months So Far Of The 5 Yrs

You didn't say what kind of modification you want. Is this a reduction of the sentence itself or the amount of probation? In either case if I am not mistaken it should have been done within the first 30 days of the sentence. It could be too late now in the movie to do anything.
