I thought about a Sub Chapter S Corp (but my business doesnt own any real estate yet and might) So not sure What is the best to incorporate as, I thought about a LLC but was told for taxes the Sub Chapter S corp is better but with real estate I was told not good but not by a reliable source. I was wondering if you can have a address in another state and incorporate in Nevada or Delaware? thanks
