 I have a couple h2b workers who are out of the country. They will return after the date for tax filing. How do I go about filing their taxes for them?[/B]

You CANNOT file for them. A tax return is a LEGAL DOCUMENT that must be signed by the taxpayer himself.

However, they CAN and should file from whereever they are located.

With the Internet and email, this is not a hard process.
