What do you have to have that shows that you support an adult, that lived 3months of the year in the US and the rest in Mexico?

3 months is not enough to be qualified as a dependent under US law, I believe it is like 182 days or something to that effect, and if you're supporting someone in Mexico, it's not tax-deductible as a dependent in the US.
