Hello,

I'm a single person who worked in a ski resort during winter 2006/2007 then I changed my status and worked in another state (despite of me having a different visa status).

My question is, what form shoud I use, should I use 1040 NR or 1040 or 1040 NR-EZ? my total income (plus the income I had working in another state) was about 15,000. However after I tried to calculate it by using form 1040 NR-EZ, I ended up owing more than 600.

I paid my taxes every month, usually it range between 15-25 % of my income.

Helpful replies are extremely appreciated. Thank you

I assume you ended 2007 as H-2B.

What was your status prior to the H-2B??
