is there anyone who could tell me if there is any side effect of skin whitening pills for smokers?:confused: ... does smoking and consumption of pills cause any disease or damage>:eek:

It depends on the specific pill and it's ingredients obviously, but almost any medication is not good to combine with smoking.

Just quit smoking, it's bad for the skin. I used to smoke awhile back and train regularly in the gym. I was packing on quite abit of muscle, but when i stopped the gains i made were beyond my wildest dreams. My skin is alot healthier now aswell.
