When I hardwire DW's, I use greenfield, with 3 conductors. On dishwasher remove 2,4 or more screws to remove small bottom front panel, then 1 screw where junction is made, wirenut the power wires and ground should have a screw for attaching. Turn power back on.

Thank you stratmando, but, I need to know how to wire it to the breaker box. I have a new breaker and have the cover off, but don't know where the wires connect to.

The 120 Volt circuits have the ground(bare or green) to connect to the ground bar, the white(neutral) goes to neutral bar. With the other whites, and the hot(black) goes to you breaker.
20 Amp breaker, if #12, and 15 Amp breaker if #14. At the dishwasher, black to black and white to white, all with breaker off.
