Acne help:
Ice down acne before going to bed. Should look better in the morning. Works great on larger blemishes, that have not yet formed a head. It will help reduce the swelling, and help prevent any scars that may occur.
Acne is usually food allergy related. So start eliminating all dairy first. None for three weeks, At that time start putting back one food at a time. If your eyes get red, nose runs, start to sneeze, or break out with a rash, than your immune system does not want it. Don't force it. It does not want that toxic invader. Then go from there.
Do not use facial creams containing socetyl sterate, isoprophyl isosterate, isoprophyl palmitate, isoprophyl myristate, or sodium chloride. They'll all cause acne.
Plus get your sleep. Don't peel off any of the eight hours.
Honey is a dressing. Used in war times. Terriffic stuff. So do this. Mix up 1/2 cup warm water and 1/4 tsp salt. Use a cotton ball, and apply it directly to the blemish. Put some pressure on it for several mins. This will soften the blemish. Then use a q - tip an dab some honey on the blemish. Leave 15 mins. Rinse. Pat Dry. No rubbing.
When we eat honey we reduce infections. Bee's knew what they were doing.
Good Luck!
