i have been having unprotected sex with my fiance for a year and a half and weve tryed to get pregnant but nothings happening.whats wrong?

It could be for any number of reasons. Have you determined when you are most likely to be fertile? Could just be a matter of timing....as the window of fertility is fairly small each cycle. If you haven't already, consider a preconception visit with your doctor. It can take a year or so for pregnancy to occur and that is with watching for signs of ovulation and such. If you have been having fairly frequent sex each month, your doctor may talk to you about starting some early basic testing, on both of you, to find out if more testing is necessary or not.
