I am working for a company in MD. I am on my OPT since 25th Nov 2007 and worked on my CPT from May 2007 to Nov 24Th 2007.

Which form I should use to file my Tax Return for this year-
1040 OR 1040 NR or 1040 NR-EZ

Please let me know about this.
