Hi, I currently have a court order in Michigan because I lived there for 2 years. Now I am back in Illinois (with approval from the court). Is there any way I can have my case transferred to Illinois??? Please help......

Ask the Illinois Family court.

Not that Im aware of because the court that did the work in the first place holds jurisdiction over the case ( federal law ). But it may be possible to seek permission from that court if both parties have fled the stae for atleast 1 years time and arent returning.
