Dear Tax experts

I need some advice regarding tax filing for 2007. Here are my details :-

I visited the US on L1 visa in the months of Jan-March 2007 and then again in May-2007. I haven't been to the US in 2005/2006. My total days of residence in the US for 2005-06-07 work upto 75. Apart from wages from employer I have taxable interest amounting to $200. I had no other sources of income apart from this. I have a spouse and child. My spouse visited US on L2 for 3 weeks in May but he does not have a SSN. My child did not visit the US.

1. Which form can I use for filing federal taxes?
2. What tax filing status can I use?
3. Can I claim deductions for my dependents even though they partially (spouse only for 3 weeks) accompanied me to US?

After going thru the instructions for 1040NR, 1040NR-EZ and 1040-EZ, I'm totally confused as to which form and what tax filing status to use. Would greatly appreciate some insight on this. Thanks in advance!!!

1) File Form 1040NR or 1040NR-EZ.

2) You are a non-resident alien.

3) No.
