I was in the Navy, and from what I can remember, you can get waivers for certain things, but I'm not sure if your situation falls into that category or not.

Your best bet would be to contact a Navy recruiter, or you can contact Navy OCS (Officer Candidate School). They would have all of the up to date information on what they will and will not waiver.

You can find a recruiter in your area on the Navy website here (click "find a recruiter" at the top of the page) :

Navy - Accelerate Your Life (http://www.navy.com/)

And here is the OCS page (with a "contact us" link included) :

Good luck and I hope it works out for you. :)

Hello Convict:

If you get a pardon, you can become president. If you only get an expungment, I doubt you'll be accepted to OCS, but you can probably enlist.

Loopholes?? Like a law that allows this?? Yeah, there is. You'll need a lawyer.
