I just replaced one of the two thermostats in my house. (2 Zone)
Here are the details:
2 zone forced air heating and AC
Oil
3 wires, were not properly labeled
Green, White, and Red
I have them in the G, W, and RC connections.

Now, when the old zone kicks in both zones heat. When the new thermostat kicks in it works fine, only heating its zone.

This problem just happened after the installation. Is it a wiring problem?

Thanks

Brand of zone valves
Model of zone valves

Brand of thermostat
Model number of thermostat.

Be accurate.

I have a very hard time helping people since I lost my crystal ball.
When I had my crystal ball I could wave it in front of the computer screen and the brand and model name and numbers used to show up so I could be of some help.. LOL.
