Hi..

I just had a quick question. I have been in the US since 2005. I filed form 8843 for 2005 as I was not working and form 1040nr-ez for 2006 as I was working for the last four months of the year. I was under an F-1 status then. In 2007, I worked from Jan-August under F-1, from August-Sept.30 under OPT, and since Oct.1 under H-1B. For 2007, do I file 1040nr-ez or 1040 as a resident alien?

Thanks

If you are Single you can only file nonresident tax return for 2007. If you are married, then you have options.
