Eliminate cigarettes, and carbonated sodas. They weaken the body and block the maximum hair growth.
Avoid a lot of sugar and fat.
Avoid hot water, it stresses the hair.
Hot oil treatments will protect the hair's shaft.
Get plenty of rest.
Chemically damaged hair, deep condition and remoisturize the hair with a botanical based product, because it has been over - processed. Don't use a blow dryer much either.
