You may find these somewhat helpful:

Eat a diet rich in fruits, and vegetables.

Fruits and vegetables contain flavanoids. many of which are antioxidants. They can provide protection for hair follicles, stimulate, and encourage hair growth.

Aloe Vera, Vit E , Vit C, jojaba oil, olive oil, are wonderful for hair.

Conditioners containing ginseng will keep your hair healthy.

Vinegar, chili peppers, almond oil, potassium, olive oil, Biotin, Prenatal vitamins, lots of massages, protein, fruits, vegetables, castor oil , lemons, and ginger will all help with hair growth. Sure there's more to.

Eliminate cigarettes, and carbonated sodas. They weaken the body and block the maximum hair growth.

Avoid a lot of sugar and fat.

Avoid hot water, it stresses the hair.

Hot oil treatments will protect the hair's shaft.

Get plenty of rest.

Chemically damaged hair, deep condition and remoisturize the hair with a botanical based product, because it has been over - processed. Don't use a blow dryer much either.

Use a vented brush to control static.

Eat a lot of proteins, it will prevent splitting.

Iron will help to carry oxygen to your hair.

Eat a lot of dark green vegetables.

Zinc will help prevent hair loss.

Help keep that color in your hair. Eat nuts, and liver.

Carrots are fabulous for your waistline.

You need to exercise to keep that blood pumping. That circulation will help the hair grow.

Diaper rash oitment is awesome for blemishes. Still break out with a little one, every now and then. I'm 62, but they think I'm in my late 30 's. That's o.k. I won't tell. But I have used this for years. Gets the red out, and practically clears up over night. **********

Witch Hazel is a great astringent.

Thicken eye brows with vaseline.

Sleep on a satin pillow case, and save your salon hairdo.

Sleep on a satin pillow case, and less wrinles under your eyes the next day. We all toss around while sleeping. So if you happen to turn side ways, you won't wrinkle up your face .

Never sleep on your stomach. Puts pressure on internal organs. Also the lungs result in shallow breathing. You can also cause back problems, and stiff neck.

Don't wash your hair all the time. Those with dry hair especially. Just condition it instead. It will remove the dirt. But you won't be using harsh chemicals every day. Some of those shampoos, you'd be surprised what's in them.

Come on in the waters fine. For a nice silky bath, put a half a cup of honey in the tub.

Dry hair rinse in warm water.

Oily hair rinse in cool water. The hoter water, will cause more oil production.

Hair doesn't need to be brushed 100 times a day. All that is necessary is to move that oil around. So 25 - 30 strokes is fine.

If your hair is oily, don't use a shampoo with a conditioner. It will make your hair look greasy after it was just washed.

Thin hair. Really massage that head.

Every thing we eat goes to our hair.

Oily hair. Use a leave in conditioner. It's lighter on greasy hair.

Heard this a few years ago.I f you sleep with your head north, and your feet south you will sleep better. It alligns the body with a magnetic field of the planet, bringing energies into harmony with earth. You'll sleep up to 65 % better. Haven't tried it, but others swear to it. My bed has 8 water tubes in it. Very comfy. I'm not about to move it. Has any one else heard this?

I mix it with milk for my face. I also eat it. Have in the past used it as a dressing for cuts. It will also retain moisture.

Hi Sunni!
I've heard about dark chocolate. They say it's better for you, than the light. Heard it on the news. If you sweetheart's want to get you chocolates, they say get the dark. Can't think now what is in the dark.

No none of the above. Just have collected, sooo much info from all over. I've been around. I'm not one that just likes to hear, a little about a topic. I want the whole scoup on it.

My hair is nice an thick. My complexion is radiant. I've even had guys, in their 30's try to pick me up. Had to get out my driver's license for proof of age. All due to soooo many concoctions I have used.

I even have tips on anti - aging.

I belong to a club here, that involves 60 women. We talk about every thing and any thing. They've got tips I haven't even heard. Even the men jump in at times. One guy was telling all of us, how to catch a deer.

So I'm shearing. I'm not a greedy person. Check out the different categories I'm submitting them to. I'm sure every one will find something useful
.
My aunt was a hair dresser, before she died. Taught me a lot. Even how to cut my hair. Just forgot to ask how to layer my top. She always did it for me, so I never bothered to ask. I can do all the other cuts though. Even cut my husbands and boys. So a lot of the beauty info has come from her

A real nice dermotologist friend, of my aunts told us a bunch of secrets. She was visiting my aunt, and got stormed with questions. She said acne is usually food allergy related. If we ever start breaking out eliminate all dairy first. Then go from there. So I have bunches and bunches of tips.

Do you work for this sight?

I also have a very good friend that works in the health food store. She always helps me, or gives me loads of advice. She said if I ever have to take a prescription, to take acidophilis tablets afterwards. The prescription will kill the friendly bacteria to. So we need to put them back. She's a sweetheart. Also if we ever have a bladder infection, we can open two capsules, and douche with them. She even taught me how to make yogurt pop cycles, to insert inside of me, for an infection.

Hi Sunni. I'm doing just find. I have met a lot of the right people I guess.
We have shared so much. Play with make up, do all kinds of things to people's hair, and faces. They don't care. Always happy after.
I have friends with hair of all colors. So I know what dyes, and make ups look good on them.
Plus we go to Merle Norman's and cut loose. No way do I feel my age 62. Neither do they. So the gals try all kinds of make up on us. Then we experiment with each other. Sherry and Debbie love it when they see us coming. They like to play also. They like to do their thing to. We let them. Hey I made my own lipstick the other night. The new Sunduster Modle. This was too cool. I took my eye shadow and put it on my lips. Then my lilac lipstick. Wow! Went to the club that night. Every one of my friends were WOWEN! It look dynamite. Last night I dug the iddy bits out of lipstick tubes. Then I put them together in a little pill box. Tossed them in the mic for a few. Just until all the colors from the tubes melted together. Then put them in the frig for three hours. Went shopping. You know us women, and our duration time.
Took them out. Got out my lip brush and swept it on. What a pretty color. So yes I play, and all my friends 16 of us. Love to, age doesn't matter.
Besides they tell me tips I've never heard of.
These people are from all over.
Friday night an alligator ate a dog. It was about four blocks from us. They have a pond over there. The alligator decided to go house calling. Now the alligator is no more. They took him away. The owner took off down the street, after the preditor in his underware. Threatening to shoot him. Every body was laughing their socks off. Then the police came, and ruined the whole dam thing.

My son's a web sight designer. He was here earlier. Decided he'd stick my photo on here. That way people could see who was sending in the tips.My husband stuck Star my pom on my shoulder. She is always with me, and I talk a lot about her, so now she in my photo. Stardust has an electronic chip in here. It is her identification at the Honolulu airport. When we travel over there, she goes with us. Were usually gone about three weeks. She loves the trip. We put her in a kennel, and the airport gives her bowls with with food, and ice cubes. Then someone is down in cargo, that plays with her. Keeps her happy and what not. She has never been unhappy yet, from the trips. Also we make a large photo of her with all the required info on it. Take packaging tape , and attach it on the side. She gets through customs faster. It matches all the info on her entry papers. Then we have to go to the airport holding kennel to pick her up.
I have used soooooooo many of these tips. Maybe that's what keeps me young. But I won't be sending in any more tips for a while. There going to let me know when there ready I guess. I think it's a way of saying politely enough is enough. But we will see.
