I want to change my period time. is it possible? I don't use pills. If I need to use them how I must start using them. my period finished 5 days ago.

The only way I know to rearrange your period safely is with the pill. However you do not want to do this very often as it can cause problems for you down the road.

you must go to your doctor or a family planning center, there are many pill options available, there is a birth control pill that you take so you only get your period 4 times a year, there are a few others that will lower your period to 2 or 3 days, you look at how many active pills are in your pack and start them on a day so they end on the the day before you want your period to start
