Make an appointment with a gynocologist asap, or even with your regular doctor.

Any chance you were pregnant? Any back pains or anything of the sort? My initial reaction was...miscarriage, but 4 months in, you would have known if you were pregnant.

I agree with wondergirl, go to a doc.

but 4 months in, you would have known if you were pregnant.

ok not meaning to be picky but the above statement does not always apply

i was on double dose of the pill and triple dose of the injection so basically 2 pills a day and 3 injections every 6 month to prevent me from becoming pregnant,

as i was on the injection i didnt worry that i had no period as this is one of the signs,

anyways to cut a long story short, before every injection they give they also do a pregnancy test, each test came out negative for me, when i whent in one day for my regular dose they did the pregnancy test and it came up positive, i was really shocked ,
anyways needless to say i was booked into the hospital for 2 days later, when i whent to the hospital for the scan the nurse said to me "congratulations you are having a bouncing baby boy" :o wow i said, couldnt think you coult say what you were having till you were 20 weeks, she said excuse me miss dodd but you are 24 weeks pregnant, cant you feel him moving :o

all in all , long story short i never felt a thing, never put on any weight at all, never had any of the symptoms like morning sickness or heartburn, and then found out i was 26 weeks pregnant, this was not my first pregnancy so i knew all about the signs and symptoms but never had any,
that was until 2 days later when i suddenly blew up like a blimp and def could tell i was pregnant, ...

i am sorry if you were pregnant and you are losing the baby, please do get checked out with the gynacologist,
losing a baby at 4 month will not be a walk in the park, so please get checked out so they can let you know what to expect and make sure everything is cleared, and if you are not pregnant they will be able to see why you are bleeding like this

good luck to you and hope everything is ok for you

I admit on a regular more common basis, yes, most women can tell if they are pregnant by the time they were at 4 months.

However, there have been more than enough cases where people just plain didn't know they were pregnant until 6 - 7 months. The women just didn't show...at all. And there were two distinct cases that I remember in the past 4 years in which they didn't know they were pregnant up until the day of delivery.

figured I'd add it in there.
