Hi,

I got two W-2's this time. I am single.

From Jan 2007 till May 2007, I was on OPT and then on H1B.

So which form for Federal can I file?

Can I file two different form or just a single form will do ?

Thanks,

You need to file as a dual-status alien, which requires you file BOTH Form 1040 and 1040NR.
