We currently live in GA; husband works in GA. I am a home-based employee for an IL based company. We are considering a move to FL which would take away GA's ability to tax my income and my husband's military retirement.

Is the tax rate any less/more for a nonresident employed in GA?

Thanks

The tax rate is the same for residents and non-residents in GA.

However, if yu move to Florida, you will pay NO taxes to Georgia at all, so what does it matter??
