i have heard about cyleina black pearl soap from the phillippines and the lightening effects with very good reviews and would really love to try it to lighten and even up my skin tone but i have searched for a usa distributor and can't seem to find any.does anyone have any information about the cyleina black pearl soap and how to get it in the usa?a website would be really appreciated or contact for a distributor.
