Im really not even sure how to calculate my cycle. Can someone help ke figure this out?

Day 1 is the first day of your period
Your cycle ends the day BEFORE the first day of your next period

Knowing when you ovulate is fairly complicated because each cycle can be different. I recommend reading "Taking Charge of Your Fertility" by Toni Weschler. It spells out exactly how to determine fertility, troubleshoot symptoms, etc.
