I have been on birth control for 4 years now and have a regular period. but yesturday i started and continuing on today and it is in the middle of my pack where i shouldnt have it. i haven't had sex in a little over 2 months (and i always use protection) i've had 2 periods since then like normal. this is really random so i was wondering whats going on? should i be worried? i dont want to go to the doctors if i dont have too, im tight on money. what do you think it could be?

In the past when I was on the pill, I would get a light normal period, and then 2 weeks later have another 2 or 3 days of blood/brown aftermath. I talked to my doctor about it and she said it was normal. The reason I would get my period during the time I wasn't supposed to was because my body wasn't reacting to that particular brand of birth control. I switched to a different brand after that and it worked for a few months and then the same thing happened again. Now I am on no pill and my period naturally went regular.
