I recd 2 W-2s from my company. One is when i was on OPT and has no social sec and medicare deducted and the other is after i got my H1.
Shld I combine the incomes and file one form or do i need to file one 1040NR and one 1040EZ.
Please advise.

You will file only one form depending upon you are nonresident or resident for tax purposes.
With the info provided by you, it is impossible to tell you which form you should file.

thanks for your reply..
I have been in US since 2001 on F1 then got my OPT in Feb 2007 and H1 in Dec 2007.
I worked on my OPT from Feb 2007 to Nov 2007 and after Dec 2007 on H1.
Can you tell m which form wld be applicable to me...

You are a resident alien and have been since 1 January 2006.

Combine the two W-2s and file Form 1040, 1040A or 1040EZ.
