I am on H1B for the last 3 years and i got married and would like to change information on my W4 . My wife is on a F1 visa and i have no kids.
Can someone please guide me into filling this form and making the necessary changes?Its killing me!
I will be filing as married filing jointly.Please help.

Download a W4 form form Internal Revenue Service (http://www.irs.gov)
Complete it and submit it to your employer.

If you are married on Dec 31, 2007, your status for 2007 is married.

Hi Mukata i already have the form its just the allowances etc that are driving me nuts.
Can i claim 4 allowances on this? I would like to claim dependent care benefits since i am going to be paying for my wife's student tution and all her expenses. Can i claim this?

Yes, you CAN claim Married with 4 exemptions.
