My mom's thermostatic went out when my cousin did something to it... She had some guy to put another in but something went wrong and it burned some internals when he put the power on it. When I got to look at it there were no labeled wires and there was a yellow, green, black, brown, white, blue, and red wire and I don't know how they got. on the new thermostat there is a RH, RC, B, O, C, G... how does this go?

The best advice I can give you is to call a Professional HVAC repair person. The more you play around with it the more damage that can be done to other parts of the system.
