Hi,

I came to Ohio from India on L1 visa in September 2007.In January 2008 I moved to Texas,what Federal Tax form I need to file,1040NR-EZ or 1040 EZ.Also,what state tax form I need to file.Thanks :)

You have NOT met the 183-day Substantial Presence Test for 2007.

File Form 1040NR-EZ.
