HI I had read today that Vitamin A is not good during pregnancy ...is it really true?...I m taking multivitamin...its has Vit A too ....what should i do ... tell me...

If you are pregnant or are thinking of getting pregnant....my doc suggested that we take prenatal vitamins. She also told me the same that you read....too much Vitamin A is not good. Prenatals have some...but not to much.

Not a pro here...just repeating what I was told by my doc :)

Hey ...I am taking multivitamin with vitamin A 5000IU....what should I do .....i m scared now ....m trying to concieve ...can this create prob for my baby ...? ans

I will answer to bump you up to the top....hopefully someone in the field will see this and answer you........my suggestion...go to the doc, they should have you on prenatals if you are trying to conceive
