I currently have a f1 visa studying at UC Berkely since 2006. In 2007 was able to get an intern job and now have to file taxes. do I file a 1040 NR or 1040 EZ. I'm a citizen of Taiwan

F1 visa holder are nonresidents for 5 years. You will file nonresident tax return and form 8843.
