Hi all

Two years ago I loaned my daughter 10 grand to save her house. I found out later that the money was not put on the house, but on a new car rental, drugs and hard core partying. I live in a different state and had no way of knowing what was really going on, I really did believe her. I have also lost a car, money I sent to her to pay her utilities, among many other things. Now she isn't speaking to us. She shut down all communication. Is there anyway I can
At least get the 10g's back. She has a settlement coming from a lawsuit, can I put a lean on it and get my money out of that. I'm ready to hire a lawyer but I don't want to spend the money for nothing. I'll think twice next time, even if its one of my own.

Thanks ... Cat
