Check to see if there is a fuse on the circuit board in the furnace.
Check the switch on the blower door. The blower door on the furnace usually has a interlock switch . If this goes bad the furnace will be dead. Check it with a meter or other testing device.
You said the switch is working. Did you test the switch with a meter to see if electric is on after the switch or did you just flip the switch up and down?

hvac1000- You were right, did lose the 120 volt power. The wires in the ignition box some how came out of the connector cap. Twisted the connector cap off and put the wires back together. I notice that the color coating on the wires started melting a little, sticking them together. We got our heat back about 2am in the morning. Good thing we have a gas fireplace that heats the house.
