I have an Intertherm E1EB-015HA electric furnace I recently had A/C Relay problems with it and since it is 10yrs. old I thought I would just rebuild the whole thing. So I replaced the sequencers, limit switches, ac relay, transformer, and start capasitor, and installed a new digital non programable t-stat. I wireed everything according to the wiring diagram for the furnace. I have a few small problems. 1st. On the t-stat, the Auto/On switch for the fan when turned to On the blower comes on as it should but the Suto/On switch in the furnace when switched to On the blower does not come on. Now when I switch the 2 wires on the ac relay that go to the motor 1 wire for each speed the switch in the furnace will work but the tstat switch will not?
2nd problem, when the heat comes on and the tstat is satisfied the blower will cut off as it should but the heating elements will come back on one more time but blower will not come on, it will heat up till the limit switch cuts it off after the limit cuts it off it will stay off till the tstat turns the heat back on. ?? I have checked and tested all parts and they test fine exept I and getting odd reading at the realy I tried 2 other new replacement relyas and get the same reading. I get voltage when I am not supposed to and no voltage when I am supposed to across terminal 2&4 and 6@<hidden> on the relay???
Thanks

If you have no heat pump just disregard the heat pump wiring.

I have no solution for your problem since I am not there to see it or test it.

Above are typical wiring diagrams for your brand of furnace. They are not for the exact model but all models are about the same. Both high and low voltage are included.
Good luck.
