I am seriously considering starting a home based internet business, out of my home in MS. It would be selling mattresses. I have never owned a business before and have lots of questions.
How do I get a tax ID?
Do i need to be a sole proprietor?
How do I handle seal taxes?

Any help and suggestions would be greatly appreciated
