unearned revenues 2002-$120,000 2003-$150,000 2004-$176,000

Baker failed to record the unearned revenues in each of the threee years. As a result of the omission. 2004 income was
A) overstated by $146,000
B) understated by $146,000
C) understated by $26,000
D) overstated by $26,0000
I am pretty sure its a overstatement just not sure on how to come up with the right amount.
