How can I get a copy of my W-2's online, if I have yet to receive them through standard methods?

The employer is not required to get them to you until the 31st of January. Even if they were available online, I doubt you would have access to them.

Contact the company that is sending them.

They do have till the end of the month *Jan* to mail them out
And many firms wait to the last minute and a few a little over the limit.
It is actually fairly commom not to have yours yet

As for as being online, if they are, your employer will have to provide you with the web address, the log in and password. Very few employers put them online, But a few may. I undersand the federal government has thiers online.
